From the first contact through to the end of the project (blowing insulation into the garage ceiling) everything went very smoothly. Everyone I with whom we had contact could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We notice a big difference in the house. The upstairs is much more comfortable and no longer has huge temperature differences. We are very pleased. Howard and his crew are professional, accurate, and conscientious. I highly recommend their services.
MetroNY replaced the insulation in my newly purchased home which was very old and ineffective. The job was challenging given how the house was constructed but the team was able to navigate any issues and the difference has been notably better since they finished. They were also very flexible, allowing me to split the job into two parts over ~6 weeks to accommodate other work I was having done. 100% would recommend

The guys who performed the work were competent and polite.
The original estimator was very professional and providing me a lot of information related to the project components. They were also licensed in the County whereas others provided were not. This was important. The installers were very professional as well and did not make a mess in the home. They cleaned what little debris up before departing. The price was higher but the value seemed to be there.
Howard and the whole team at MetroNYInsulation were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of insulation our recently purchased home. Howard walked us through the whole plan, all our options, and was incredible and helping us find the best financial programs and rebates available.
