Howard and his crew are AMAZING. They are all hardworking, informative, knowledgeable and accomodating from start to finish. He even UNDERSELLS his products...if you don't need something done, he tells you so instead of having you waste your money on things you THINK you need, but really don't. They returned all my calls. Explained the process and answered all my questions. Arrived and completed the job on time. They even gave me a removable attic access cover (Corning) for free! I would hire them again. TN
Everyone connected with Metro NY Insulation has been trained to give exceptional customer service and they all do their jobs very well. I am more than satisfied with thier work. This was the best bid I received from 3 contractors. Howard gave me a solution to a problem with insulated the garage ceiling which proved to be the most cost effective. He also did "extras" not offered by the other contractors. His staff was a pleasure to deal with and their work was excellent.
the sales rep and the tech's did a great job. they give you what you need not try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need.
