These guys are a real class act. I called the owner, Howard Falkow and received a very quick response. You can tell he definitely knows what he is talking about. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work done . I spoke to three different people and was very happy I chose Metro NY Insulation for my insulation needs. They definitely have turned me into a customer for life. Thanks guys. James

they were very good, but my outcome did not do the job, they should have said it would not block out the sound just muffle it , I would not have done it at all.
I have never given anyone a five star rating , but they came close. Efficient and relatively neat for the type of work it is.
Excellent contractor. Howard actually gave a complete energy audit and was very knowledgeable. He did a lot more then he had to in terms of insulating and his workmen did a great job. Irwin
HOWARD WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL. HIS PRICES WERE VERY FARE AND HIS PRODUCT IS ONE OF THE BEST. JOB WAS DONE SOON AFTER I BOOKED AND WAS COMPLETED IN ONE "LONG" DAY. I NOTICED AN IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE IN THE WARMTH AND SOUND OF MY HOME. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD AND MADE THE ENTIRE JOB UNDERSTANDABLE. ANOTHER NICE THING....HE DIDN'T TRY TO OVER SELL ME AND RECOMMENDED NOT COMPLETING MY ENTIRE HOME IN ONE INSTALL.
They were prompt and worked through a job that was more difficult than surveyed. It took longer to finish than anticipated, but that was due to the condition of the attic lumber. I would recommend them to friends and family.
The only problem I had was he had to come out twice instead of just 1 day.
