I seldom leave a bad review and I am the queen of second and third and fourth chances, but I think I’m about done. I’ve only placed one order, one piece of which had a quality issue which was blatantly obvious. When I contacted the company and provided multiple pictures of the defect and asked for a replacement, it took a week of repeated emails and phone calls to get any kind of acknowledgement at all, and when I finally did, they claimed they couldn’t see the issue - which I’m telling you is impossible. We requested for 3 color print buy they used only 2 colors and charged for 3. when i called also no proper response.
I usually don’t leave nagtive reviews, but the communication methods in this place is ridiculous. I called this place nearly everyday, in total around 20 phone calls, just to repeat myself constantly. My delivery date was Wednesday. As I delivered my Garmin to the place on Tuesday, the Printer had no idea what I was talking about and the promised proofs were not in place either. A disaster from start to finish ending in an unusable product. The owner won't return phone calls, emails. He promised us our product would turn out great, gave us his word. He reneged on our deadline. So we had to drive out to the facility to pick up our shirts. Waited, and waited past when they were supposed to be done. Got the shirts back and they were not to our specifications, which we had emailed. On top of that a good percentage of the shirts had smudged ink. Great Products and fair prices. I've reordered over time and always have the same great experience with the kind and helpful folks at ACU PLUS!
Love the quality of their products. My orders always come on time and the way I asked. But I really think they need to improve their website and their customer services. Sometimes their information doesn't match with the website and few times I spoke with a lady there over the phone and she wasn't very nice but as I said I love the quality of their final work!
So far I have to give one star - I drove out and purchased hat embroidery. They said it would be delivered in 7-10 days. It's 17 days and I have yet to hear from them! I've sent 3 emails with no response. Their level (lack of) customer service is simply unacceptable
I was excited to see ACU's online selection, but disappointed by their customer service. I received a quote for a few different types of clothing, but when I placed my order they told me they didn't carry any of the items they had previously quoted. Then they instructed me to go back online and look for different selections, but their website doesn't let you know what is in stock.
