The Carpet depot folks are top notch. The floor is beautiful and was a great price. They do what they say they’re say they are going to do. Even if there is a miscommunication somewhere along the line, they take care of it quickly and personally. Will definitely do business with them again.

We had a carpet installed, but it had a manufacturers defect that wasn't readily visible. About 5 months later, the defects were clearly visible. When I inquired, I was told to email some pictures. The next day Carpet Depot told me they would replace the carpet at no charge. The new carpet came in about a week later.
