Anderson Contracting was wonderful. They worked efficiently, there were no delays, all the work was done well and they always promptly returned my calls. They were upfront about costs and there was no "hidden fees" at the end. I would absolutely recommend them and I would use them again.

I had a mold condition in my basement which emanated from a bathroom on the main floor. My insurance company offered $3500 to cure this condition as well as restore my bathroom. Then Anderson Contracting stepped in. They were able to work with my insurer to obtain $100,000 to restore my bathroom and basement more beautiful than ever! Very efficient and professional. I found Francis very receptive in communicating and explaining what the job entailed. Patience is a key factor when navigating the ordeal of rebuilding ones home due to a fire.
